Senior Account Manager – Voice
Cube Global carrier team manages external vendor relations. As a Sr Carrier Relations Manager, you will apply excellent communication skills and business savvy to interface between Cube Global and partners, managing partner performance and ensuring positive and lasting business relationships.
- Perform day-to-day relationship management with assigned carriers
-Build new connectivity with Carriers and Partners across Voice, Messaging and other network services. - Coordination with the different departments towards reaching daily objectives.
- Carrying daily operational activities (i.e. monitoring / analysing of daily prices, volumes, keep and update records of the carriers such as contracts, prices, notices).
-Build and maintain strategic relationships with key Carrier partners - Position Cube Global as the partner to work within the Carrier community through industry engagement and thought leadership.
- Negotiate effectively with carriers and partners to allow Cube Global to offer our customers competitive pricing, a great service and cost efficiencies.
About you
An energetic, self-starter with excellent self-initiatives, expert business sense in identifying and developing business.
Excellent Knowledge of wholesale industry (particularly for the given region/territory) and understanding of the latest market trends in wholesale domain.
-University degree in business, marketing, Finance or similar domains
-Proven track record in sales and negotiations with strong customer relationships
- Strong understanding of Voice, Messaging and global wholesale business
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking face to face and over telephone
- Multilingual skills an advantage
· – Confident to communicate at all levels, including at C-Level
· – Experience working with Carriers Globally
